Our payment options are all major credit cards and PayPal.

Sales Tax

Sales tax may be applicable on orders shipped to addresses in certain states. Certain counties and cities within each of these states may also levy an additional sales tax. These taxes will be applicable to your order and will be automatically calculated and added to your total during checkout. You will receive full details of all the applicable taxes and notification of the total amount before you finalize your online order. State laws require that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of your order. Because charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product, by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated.

Returns

Full Price Items - You may return full price items within 7 days of receipt for a refund. After 7 days we offer an exchange only.

Payment plans - Non refundable or exchangeable as stated in payment plan conditions.

*Additional postage will be charged if you require an exchange

*Goods returned after 14 days will be charged a restocking fee of 10%

Goods must be unworn, and in a saleable condition with all labels and tags attached. Any items returned to us marked, stained, worn or smelling of smoke will not be refunded.

Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt of your parcel. Please don’t contact us before this date.

Returns postage is the customers responsibility. Please take care when parcelling your garments and please make sure you obtain postage proof (recorded delivery recommended). We can’t be held responsible for returned goods that are damaged or fail to reach us.

Original postage fees are non refundable on unsatisfactory or unsuitable items.

Making a Return

Please let us know that you are making a return by emailing us at customerservice@cottonandpaisley.com  your details and the reason for your return.

You will be issued with a returns number and your returns will be logged.

Any returns made without a return number will not be accepted.

Please enclose your packing slip in your parcel with your returns number clearly marked down.
